Monday through Friday : 9am-5pm (CST).
Orders are packaged and shipped during business days only (Monday - Friday). Once we receive your order, please allow 24-48 hours for it to be processed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). Please note all orders are subject to the processing time mentioned above. This processing time is separate from the time that it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled. After the processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number for your order. Orders placed on weekends and holidays do not begin their processing time until the next business day.
Please note that your tracking number will update once the shipping carrier has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.
Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. However, please allow up to 8-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped during periods of high demand. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information—correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical for ensuring timely deliveries.
The Ballers Magazine is not responsible for any shipping address discrepancies. The Ballers Magazine is also not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once a package has left our headquarters, and in the hands of the shipping carrier, we have no control over the package.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If the shipping or product information provided by the customer is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes.

All sales are final - this policy applies to physical and digital products. The Ballers Magazine does not accept any returns or exchanges. We also do not accept order cancellations before or after the order has been shipped.
We do not accept returns on physical products unless it is from an error made by The Ballers Magazine. All returns must be in their original packaging, and items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) cannot be returned. Please note all shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
The Ballers Magazine makes no guarantees regarding color matches of products. Due to variation in monitor settings, fabric colors represented on computer monitors may vary because of variations on computer screens, resolution, tone, color, or any other display setting.
Please also note that like-named colors (i.e. colors gray, light gray, heathered gray, etc.) used by various apparel manufacturers/brands/styles are not necessarily an exact shade match to each other or to any of The Ballers Magazine’s thread guide options. Again, due to variations in monitor settings, fabric colors represented on computer monitors are not guaranteed to color match the product threads.
Prices for our products - both physical and digital - are subject to change without notice. The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.
Only one discount code may be applied per order. This policy also applies to “Free Shipping” discount codes.
If a customer forgets to use his or her discount code at the time of purchase, it is not possible for The Ballers Magazine or the customer to change it once the order has been submitted. We are unable to adjust prices on finalized purchases. Please ensure all of your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code (if applicable).
